Terms & Conditions Of Sale  

Upon booking confirmation the client is deemed to have read, understood and accepted the Terms and Conditions on this page.

We do our best to take care of our customers, their cars, as well as our staff and our business.

The terms and conditions listed is to make that possible.

 

​1. Bookings & Confirmations

Bookings are only confirmed once we receive a deposit of $50, and send you the confirmation message.

Please ensure your vehicle is accessible at the scheduled time. If we arrive and cannot start within 15 mins of the scheduled appointment due to no access or no response, it will be considered a no-show. 

If you are living in a condo, before booking our services ,please get permission from your condo management if we are allowed to enter and provide our services. If we are turned away by your condo management upon arrival, it will be considered a no-show.

For no-show cases your deposit will be forfeited.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

You are allowed to cancel your booking at any time.

We do not refund the deposit upon cancellation.

If you reschedule 7 days in advance of the planned service, your initial deposit can be used for the new scheduled date.

However if you reschedule less than 7 days, the original deposit will be forfeited and we will require a new deposit to make a new booking.

Cancellations hurt our business, as once a slot is booked we will turn away other customers looking for the same slot, therefore our deposits are non-refundable.

 

3. Sheltered Area Where We Can Work.

We require a sheltered area for us to work. 

Our van is required to be parked beside, in front or behind your car for us to provide our services, as our equipment is inside our service van.

We do NOT require any water or power source as our van is fully equipped with that.

If you do not have a sheltered area where it is permissible for us to work, we can suggest a nearby HDB multi story carpark.

4.Additional Charges

During the booking process, please inform us of any of the following but not limited to :
-Pet fur
-Vomit or Spills
-Clutter
-Heavy Stains
-Mold
-Excessive human hair
-Bad smell

The removal and solving of these issues take extra time and require an additional charge.

If these issues are only made known to us upon arrival or during the cleaning process we will propose the additional fee to you.

You can make your decision based on the additional fee.
If you do choose to stop the service altogether, your deposit will be forfeited.

5.Removal of Personal Belongings

Please remove all valuables and personal items from your vehicle before service.

Genie Wash Pte Ltd is not responsible for any loss, damage, or misplacement of personal belongings left in the vehicle during cleaning.

We reserve the right to remove items that obstruct service, and they will be placed in a secure area inside the car.

6. Service Limitations

Not all stains, odors, or scratches can be fully removed. We will always do our best, with the tools, knowledge and time we have.

We will always inform you of any limitations.

7.Service
Durations

Service time varies based on vehicle condition and number of staff working on your car.

We aim to be efficient without compromising quality.

8.Service Satisfaction

Please inspect your car once we have completed the service.

We are humans and we do make mistakes.
In the event we miss out spots during the cleaning, Let us know and  we will be happy to touch up anything within the scope of your service.

If you notice any other issues, you can let us know within 24 hours after the service is completed and we will investigate and provide a solution where possible.

Issues highlighted after this 24 hour window will not be accepted.

9.Damage & Liability

We are not liable for pre-existing damage, worn-out parts, or fragile components that may fail during standard cleaning.

We are not liable to damage caused by general cleaning methods such as but not limited to, pressure washing and vacuuming.

Some damage may only become visible after cleaning — this is not caused by us.

If a mistake is made by our team, we’ll assess and offer reasonable compensation after our investigation.

10.Mechanical & Electrical Failures

Some mechanical or electrical parts may fail during or shortly after service due to age, wear, or hidden faults.

In such cases, we may simply be the ones present when the issue arises, but this does not mean our team caused the problem.

We are not responsible for coincidental failures unless there is clear evidence of direct damage caused by our actions.

11.Vehicle Movement Consent & Liability

By using our services, you authorize our staff to move your vehicle when necessary (e.g., for access, repositioning, or completing the job).

We will take all reasonable care, but we are not liable for any mechanical issues, warning lights, or damage that may occur while moving the vehicle unless caused by clear negligence.

If you prefer to be the one shifting the car let us know so we ca inform you when shifting is required.

12.Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to stop or refuse service if:

  • The vehicle is unsafe or unsanitary

  • The environment is unsafe for our team

  • Our team is subjected to rudeness, abuse or unfair treatment

13. Agreement

By booking our service, you agree to the above Terms & Conditions.
We make these terms easily available on our website.
